Shipping

All made-to-order items and bespoke commissions will take between 4-8 weeks to be crafted and ready for shipping. This timeline is also dependent on the nature of the project and can vary from each piece.

Florence West will communicate directly with the client if there is any delay in any of the process to discuss an updated timeline.

Delivery Times and Charges

UK Delivery(1-3 business days): £10

International Delivery (4-8 business days):£40

Please note that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Please note these times are given as an estimate and Florence West is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping operators or any lost or stolen packages once delivered .

Returns

Returns and exchanges

Please note all made-to-order and custom pieces are non-refundable and are only eligible for mending due to their bespoke nature. However, if you are unhappy with your piece, you can ship it back to us, and we will either modify it (when possible) or work with you to find a suitable solution.

Sizing

It is the clients responsibility to accurately confirm their sizing. If an error is made and the item needs re-sizing or re-making an additional cost will occur.

Warranty

Florence West offers a one year repair warranty. This covers craftsmanship faults only. Signs of wear and tear from regular use or loss of an item are not covered.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and shipped with a tracking number.

Florence West reserves the rights to refuse refunds and repair if the criteria described above are not met.
